These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "You") and mahjong88 ("Company", "Platform", "We", "Us") in connection with your access to and use of the mahjong88 website located at https://mahjong88.cam/ and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the mahjong88 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any additional rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated herein by reference — including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform after any modification to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below:

Access to and use of the mahjong88 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. mahjong88 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in line with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of mahjong88 or any affiliated entity.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by mahjong88 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not diagnosed with or currently seeking treatment for problem gambling.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above. Misrepresentation of eligibility — including falsification of age — is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds held therein.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the mahjong88 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account closure and fund forfeiture.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify mahjong88 support of any material changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. mahjong88 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security. Any activity conducted via your account will be attributed to you unless you have notified us of a security breach prior to such activity occurring.

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Log out of the Platform when using shared or public devices.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

All financial transactions on mahjong88 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports the following approved payment channels: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrency assets (BTC, ETH, USDT).

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 (subject to payment method minimums).
• Maximum single deposit: RM 100,000 (subject to KYC tier and payment method limits).
• Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are credited instantly.
• FPX bank transfers are credited within 5 to 15 minutes under normal processing conditions.
• mahjong88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods registered in the Member's own name.
• KYC verification must be completed before a Member's first withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50. Maximum per single transaction: RM 50,000 (subject to KYC tier).
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes.
• DuitNow / FPX withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Bank wire withdrawals may take between 15 and 60 minutes.
• Withdrawal processing times are indicative and may extend during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

mahjong88 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referral rewards, and VIP loyalty benefits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, which supplement this Agreement.

General provisions applicable to all bonuses:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.
• Wagering requirements, bonus validity periods, eligible games, and minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses) are specified per promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering process.
• mahjong88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including multi-accounting, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Only one promotional bonus may be active in a Member's account at any given time, unless otherwise specified.

All games available on the mahjong88 Platform are supplied by certified third-party game studios holding valid international gaming certifications. Game outcomes are governed by independently audited random number generator (RNG) systems. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are independently verified on a regular basis.

mahjong88 does not intervene in or alter game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any wagers placed during the malfunction will be refunded to the Member's account balance.

Members acknowledge and accept that:

• Gambling involves financial risk, and past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
• The house edge exists across all game categories and is an inherent feature of casino games.
• Live dealer game results are final once the round is closed by the dealer.
• Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result as recognised by the relevant sporting body or event organiser.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mahjong88 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or any fictitious identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or competition.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void.
• Engaging in chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other IP-masking tool.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing mahjong88 staff or other Members.

All content appearing on the mahjong88 Platform — including but not limited to the mahjong88 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of mahjong88 or its licensed suppliers, and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or modification of Platform content without prior written consent.
• Scraping, data mining, or automated collection of Platform data.
• Use of Platform branding or assets in any third-party promotional or commercial context.
• Reverse engineering of Platform software or game code.

Any unauthorised use of mahjong88's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal legal proceedings.

mahjong88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and maintains a strict minimum age policy of 21 years for all registered Members. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must not be treated as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

The Platform provides the following self-management tools accessible through the Member's account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss threshold per session or per defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been active for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend access to your account. Self-exclusion is effective immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period.
• Reality Check Prompts: Periodic pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net wagering activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mahjong88, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity arising from Platform use.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions or inactions of third-party payment service providers used on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, mahjong88's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your account at the time the claim arose.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mahjong88 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's reliability, availability, accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.

mahjong88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, collusive or money laundering activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or fraudulent payment dispute from a payment provider.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account balances are subject to an administrative fee of RM 50 per month after a 30-day written notice period, unless the account is reactivated.

A Member who wishes to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting mahjong88 customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of applicable bonus adjustments) will be refunded via the Member's most recently used withdrawal method within 5 business days, provided all outstanding KYC requirements are satisfied.

mahjong88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via:

• A notification displayed upon login to the Platform.
• An email to the address registered on the Member's account.
• A prominent notice published on the mahjong88 homepage.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and contact support to close your account before the revised terms take effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page and in the Table of Contents. We recommend Members periodically review this page to remain aware of the current terms governing their use of the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform is licensed to operate.

In the event of any dispute arising between a Member and mahjong88 in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through the following process:

1. Informal Resolution: The Member should first contact mahjong88 Customer Support with a written description of the complaint. The support team will endeavour to resolve the matter within 5 business days.
2. Formal Complaint: If the matter is not resolved informally, the Member may escalate the complaint in writing to the Platform's compliance team. A formal written response will be provided within 14 business days.
3. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes may be referred to a mutually agreed independent arbitration body. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek emergency or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
